Residential and working district of Northern Meccov. A district meant for the upper middle class of northern Meccov and containing many businesses and entertainment.

Middle class district. General residents for those who work or live among the average people in Srada. Bordering the Talnand Market leads to some occasional influxes from the slums.
Talnand Market
Border district for the northern slums and the industrial districts of North Srada. Frequented by gangs like the "The Band of Crows," the district is generally full of some conflict, but many honest or poorer people make their home and work here.
